1. Service
Taxcc provides practice management software for UK accountants (command centre, onboarding, portal, documents, and related modules). Features may be gated until integrations are configured.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your tenant and for inviting staff with appropriate roles.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to spam clients. You must have a lawful basis to process client data you enter.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe as shown at checkout. Trials convert per the plan selected. Cancellation and refunds follow Stripe and the plan terms shown at purchase.
5. Data protection
You are responsible for client data you control. We process it as described in the Privacy notice and our DPA outline. You must comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and professional obligations.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.
